Uttar Pradesh reports 654 new coronavirus cases in 24 hours, total actives cases rises to 6,463

Uttar Pradesh on Thursday reported 654 fresh cases of novel coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

Uttar Pradesh on Thursday reported 654 fresh cases of novel coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

The maximum number of Covid-19 cases in Uttar Pradesh in the last 24 hours is from Noida which reported 143 cases followed by 84 cases in Ghaziabad and 34 cases in Lucknow .

Around 533 Covid-19 patients have been declared recovered and discharged from the hospital in the last 24 hours. With thism the total number of discharged cases rose to 13,119.

A total of 611 coronavirus-related deaths have taken place in Uttar Pradesh so far including 15 new deaths, according to the information given by the state health department.

With the new cases, there are 6,463 active cases of coronavirus in Uttar Pradesh.

In Uttar Pradesh, Noida continues to the worst-hit district with 763 active cases of coronavirus, followed by 575 in Ghaziabad, 401 in Lucknow, 345 in Kanpur and 247 in Meerut district.
