Television personality and actor Shekhar Suman said that the reason behind death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput was not nepotism in the Bollywood, but gangism.
Shekhar Suman, who met RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav in Patna on Tuesday and discussed the issue, said that Sushant Singh’s death appeared as a suicide but facts and evidence which have emerged in the last few days have pointed out that there could be a conspiracy angle.
“Many facts and evidences have come which show that there is more than what meets the eye. It could be a conspiracy that Sushant Singh Rajput was brought to the brink of committing suicide. The matter needs to be investigated thoroughly”, said Shekhar Suman.
Lashing out at Bollywood, the television star said there was a syndicate and mafia operating in the film industry which decided the future of an actor. He also said that he knew the names of Bollywood celebrities who were part of this syndicate, but would not name anyone as he did not have concrete proof against them.
“There is gangism and the caucus in the film industry. How is it possible that a man like Sushant Singh did not write a suicide note? Sushant also changed 50 SIM cards in the last one month. Who was he avoiding? Was there a professional rivalry?” Shekhar Suman questioned.
Shekhar Suman further questioned Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s reluctance in meeting Sushant Singh Rajput’s family.
“Nitish Kumar should have gone to meet Sushant’s family. When I tried to meet him, I was told that he was not meeting anyone due to Covid-19. If Tejaswi can meet me why not Nitish Kumar?”, said Suman.
Tejaswi also demanded the Bihar Chief Minister to speak to his Maharashtra counterpart to recommend a CBI probe in Sushant’s death case.
